The Surface Marker Alpha dry bag was developed to help the instructors to protect their manuals and paperwork while at divesites or on boats. As it is big enough to store a PADI Instructor manual it can also be used as a protective bag for your laptop.
The closure of the dry compartment is the same as most dry bag with the roll-up and a clip like the original Seaman bag.
Comes with a wide shoulder strap to make it comfortable to carry with you and leaves your hands free when you have to climb onto a boat or in similar situations.
